PROJECT DESCRIPTION
In order for the commercialization of ZESCO to be successful, it is recognized that there is need for strong regulatory oversight. Whilst the ERB had been operational for over five years and various regulatory instruments and in-house processes had been developed, these required further strengthening. The objective of this assignment therefore was to assist the ERB in institutional capacity and capability strengthening.
