PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The goal of the UIIDP was to enhance the institutional performance of participating urban local governments to develop and sustain urban infrastructure, services, and local economic development.
SERVICES PROVIDED BY STRATEGY & ECONOMICS
S&E undertook a review of the municipal financial capacity and performance of the 17 participating cities participating in the first round of UIIDP to determine how well they were performing and to assess their capacity to take on new projects and associated operations and maintenance (O&M) requirements.
